Well Management Framework

Company profile 2026
From the wellsite to the software that runs it.
Our oilfield practice delivers integrated well project management, drilling and completion services, intervention and workovers with JV partners including Energy Development Group. That field experience now shapes the drilling, production and subsurface software we license, install and support from Kampala.
East Africa outlook
East Africa is moving from building to producing.
From build to operate
Once fields are producing, spending moves to optimisation, integrity, asset performance and data systems, which run for years.
National content favours local partners
Operators and EPCs are required to use registered Ugandan suppliers where they can, so most bids need a local partner.

Oil and gas technology
Software and systems from reservoir to refinery.
We are not tied to one vendor, so we put forward the product that fits the field. Licences, hardware, integration, training and in-country support come under one contract.
Upstream
Subsurface & wells
- Seismic processing and interpretation
- Geological modelling and reservoir simulation
- Well planning and drilling engineering
- Production optimisation and surveillance
Midstream
Pipelines & terminals
- Pipeline SCADA and leak detection
- Integrity and corrosion management
- Tank farm and terminal automation
- Custody transfer and metering data
Downstream
Process & operations
- Process simulation and advanced control
- Refinery planning and scheduling
- Operations historians and IIoT
- Asset performance and predictive maintenance
Plus the hardware to run it: engineering workstations, HPC and GPU clusters for seismic and simulation, servers and storage, edge gateways, field sensors and industrial networks.
Seismic & reservoir simulation
Interpretation, modelling and simulation suites, delivered with the GPU workstations and compute they need, plus training for national geoscience teams.
Better well placement, fewer dry holes, faster field decisions
Production & asset performance
Historians, IIoT, APM and predictive maintenance that turn sensor data into early warnings and higher uptime.
Less unplanned downtime, longer asset life, safer sites
